Kirkadaye

Kirkadaye tea. Put a small handful of kirkadaye (maybe 4 or 5 buds) in a mug/ cup, add at least 2 spoons of sugar ( 5 or 6 if you're Egyptian!), and add boiling water. Amazing & relaxing hot blackcurrent drink.
Called hibiscus in Jamaica.
