Arabian themed parties, general events management

We can decorate any venue for you, in an Arabian/ Egyptian theme with authentic lanterns, cushions, cloths, curtains, candles, incense. If you want to add to the theme, we can also bring Mediterranean buffet food, plus waiters/ waitresses, and table decorations. We can also arrange for beautiful belly dancer(s) to entertain your guests, and provide Arabian music/ DJs, drummers. We can also bring shisha/ hooka pipes & fruit tobaccos, plus servers should you want them. I f you need help with designing cards, or any other part of your planning process, just ask.

Mediterranean buffet catering

Our chef can prepare a Mediterranean buffet, starting from £4pp. The food includes falafel, hummus, vine leaves, couscous, potato tagine, mixed olives, mixed breads, chicken, lamb, baclawa pastries. The food can be delivered to your venue. We can also provide plates, cutlery, and any accessories which will make the event look ‘authentic’. We can adapt the menu according to your plans.

Shisha / hooka pipe hire & sales

We can hire mixed size shisha pipes, and provide experienced shisha servers should you want someone to attend to the pipes during your event. We also sell various flavoured tobaccos, charcoal, and mouth tips on a sale/ return basis. We can also hire tents or small marquees, for you to house your guests while they enjoy smoking their shisha pipes. We will assemble the tent for you should you wish, but full instructions are provided, should you wish to do it yourself. We can also decorate the shisha room to look ‘authentic’ with candles, cushions, lights, cloths, low level seating etc.

Book a professional belly dancer for your event or party

If you need an authentic professional belly dancer/s for your event, let us know. We have many different belly dancers available, some of whom specialise in different dance styles or different music genres. You can hire 1 or more belly dancers at a time. They can perform at a variety of functions. Please enquire about prices and availability.

Online shop for bellydance clothes & accessories

All of the stock is sourced from Egypt, and is of the best quality. Buying directly from Egypt helps their economy. Most of the stock is on the website, via the online shop, but we can source other items/ sizes according to your needs.

Travelling bazaar

If you are hosting an event, the travelling bazaar can support or even make an event special. All of the items featured in the online catalogue can be brought along to your hafla, special event, evening class, school fair etc. All the items are purchased in Egypt, and will add authenticity to your event. The person who asks the organiser to invite the bazaar can have a free gift from the stall, also the host can have 10% commission on sales, or a raffle prize and the raffle money goes to the host, or a present from the stall.

Hen parties with lesson and free loan of jangly hip scarves

Have a hen night with a difference! We can come to your home, or another suitable venue. The package includes: a 1.5 hour belly dance lesson with Carla, a professional bellydancer, we provide the Egyptian music, and your guests can borrow or buy a jangly hip scarf from us. The hen gets a present, and each lady gets a 10% discount voucher on any Everything Egyptian product, and rounded off by a performance by the bellydancer. You can also have these optional extras: Egyptian buffet food, a goody bags for the hens, watch a DVD of Egyptian belly dance performers, make-up session, shisha pipes, have a temporary henna tattoo.

A new idea for a hen party is the Cairo ‘weekender’. Take your hens to the Cairo for the weekend, have a bellydance lesson, see the Pyramids, Cairo Museum, take a minicruise along the Nile at sunset, and shop 'til you drop

School talks about Egyptian life today

We can come to your school and talk about Egyptian history, or how present Egyptians live today. We can bring artefacts, Egyptian, Islamic and Arabic items to show the children.
