Everything Egyptian - Luxor Flat Terms & Conditions

Booking & before travel:

• flat is currently £150 pw, the ‘buddying’ fee is £40 pw; £270 for flat for 2 weeks
• initial deposit of £50 pw required for flat
• initial deposit of £10 pw required if ‘buddy’ required
• flights can be booked through EverythingEgyptian website links or travel agent
• deposit and balance transferable (to another bellydance holiday/ flat booking), but not refundable
• receipt for deposit(s) sent asap
• free Luxor guide book sent with deposit receipt
• balance for flat and optional ‘buddy’ due, in full, 6 weeks before departure

During stay in Luxor:

• £10 English payable at Luxor airport for holiday visa stamp
• address for visa form is: Flat 1, Block 4, Feyruz Street, Luxor, Egypt
• transfer: you will be met outside Luxor airport front doors by flat manager, Abdelrahim, with a taxi, if required
• if the flight is delayed, the taxi fare may be increased for waiting
• weather is usually hot in the day, warm in the evenings
• there are plenty of service tills/ ATMs to get Egyptian money when you are there
• EverythingEgyptian cannot be responsible for any losses/ accidents
• bed linen & duvets provided, towels are not
• there will be a ‘welcome pack’ in the fridge: water, bread, milk, fruit
• in the same street as the flat are: pharmacy, launderette, corner shop, restaurant; nearby are: police station and hospital; Doctors are in Television Street
• small First Aid kit in kitchen cupboard
• please inform us of any special requests asap
• no responsibility can be taken by the owner for any advice given by the flat manager
• any there are problems during visit, please contact flat manager in Luxor asap, or contact flat owner in UK

• subsequent booking(s) attract a fee of half the current weekly charge, ie £75 pw
