General
- initial deposit of £100 pp required
- deposit and balance transferable (to another bellydance holiday/ flat booking), but not refundable
- receipt for deposit(s) sent asap
- free Luxor guide book sent with deposit receipt and current itinerary
- more detailed updated itinerary will be given on the holiday
- please inform us of any special requests asap
- balance is due 6 weeks before departure
During stay in Luxor:
- £10 pp English payable at Luxor airport for holiday visa stamp
- address for visa form is: Morris Hotel, Luxor, Egypt
- transfer: you will be met outside Luxor airport front doors by one of the facilitators, Penny Walters/ Abdelrahim
- weather is usually hot in the day, warm in the evenings
- no real need to bring bellydancing clothes, you can buy them over there, or borrow something from the facilitators
- there are plenty of service tills/ ATMs to get Egyptian money when you are there
- facilitators cannot be responsible for any losses/ accidents
- you will be sharing a room with another participant
- holiday is B&B only, you will need to pay for meals & drinks
- itinerary may change slightly, but will essentially remain the same
