Payment:

1. You can pay by Paypal online by clicking the image of the item you want, adding it to your cart, and pay by credit card or Switch.
2. You can pay by cheque through the post, stating reference number, item title and any colour or size required.

Postage and packing, p&p:

• UK order total value up to £9.99 £5 per order
• UK order total value £10-24.99 £6 per order
• UK order total value £25-74.99 £7 per order
• UK order total value £75-149.99 £8 per order
• UK order total value £150+ £10 per order

Refunds & returns

We would hope that you are happy with the item sent to you, however:

1. If the item arrives damaged, you can return the item with an explanatory note regarding reason for return, within 7 days, and get a full refund, including your p&p.
2. If the item is unsuitable, you can return it and get a credit note for a future purchase(s), although your p&p will not be refunded.
3. If you are sent the wrong item, please return within 7 days, and state whether you want the original request sent to you, or a refund.
4. You have the right to cancel your order, in which case, you must return the goods in the same condition in which they were received. You will receive a refund on the goods but not the p&p.
